Advancing Against Supernatural Plans
Planned Attacks on Trump, God, and the Church
By Miki Maynard
Today, on CBN News, it explains about the coordinated effort of those practicing witchcraft who are plotting their schemes for October 31st and November 2nd against Trump, God, and Christians. Apparently, they were encouraged when Trump got COVID and are wanting to advance.
These are some “go to” verses I battle with when it pertains to speaking forth God’s promise to disable and overturn evil. It isn’t exhaustive by any means. In my heart, I feel like the truth is that the Lord wants to reconcile those to Himself who are bound into these activities. That is my prayer.
Pastor Don McCain read Psalm 5 in the meeting Tuesday night on Firestorm’s zoom when he shared about The Ambassadors For Christ school. This chapter has been corming to me time and time again recently. I used to read it all of the time when I was growing up. I don’t think it is a coincidence, being that these types of practices were attempting to take out me and my family. My prayer is that those who come against Christians would be enlightened in their mind to grasp how deep, wide, far, and high is the love of Christ for them. I pray for great conversions to those who persecute Christians. I pray the Lord will rescue the people who are bound in witchcraft, and overthrow, and tear down the evil spiritual forces. I hope that these verses will aid you in your warfare.
1 Corinthians 13:2 NIV
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
Jeremiah 1:12 ESV
Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over My word to perform it.”
Psalm 33:10-12 NLT
The Lord foils the plans of the nations;
He thwarts the purposes of the peoples.
But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever,
the purposes of his heart through all generations.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people He chose for His inheritance.
Psalm 33:10 TPT
With His breath He scatters the schemes of nations who oppose Him;
they will never succeed.
His destiny-plan for the earth stands sure.
His forever-plan remains in place and will never fail.
Blessed and prosperous is that nation who has God as their Lord!
They will be the people He has chosen for His own.
Isaiah 8:10 NASB
Devise a plan, but it will be thwarted; state a proposal, but it will not happen. For God is with us.”
(Go ahead, hatch a plot, but it will be foiled!
Go ahead, speak a word,
but it will not stand, for God is with us! TPT)
Isaiah 44:25 NIV
…who foils the signs of false prophets and makes fools of diviners, who confounds the wise and turns their knowledge into nonsense.
Job 5:12 NKJV
He frustrates the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot carry out their plans.
Jeremiah 50:36 CSB
A sword is against her diviners, and they will become fools. A sword is against her warriors, and they will be filled with terror.
Isaiah 66:2 NKJV
For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord. “But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word.
Isaiah 55:11 KJV
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
Judges 7:13 NIV
Gideon arrived just as a man was telling a friend his dream. “I had a dream,” he was saying. “A round loaf of barley bread came tumbling into the Midianite camp. It struck the tent with such force that the tent overturned and collapsed.”
Judges 7:22 NIV
When the three hundred trumpets sounded, the Lord caused the men throughout the camp to turn on each other with their swords. The army fled to Beth Shittah toward Zererah as far as the border of Abel Meholah near Tabbath.
Psalm 141: 9-10 TPT
Protect me! Keep me from the traps of wickedness they set for me.
Let them all stumble into their own traps
while I escape without a scratch!
Psalm 5 NIV
Listen to my words, Lord,
consider my lament.
Hear my cry for help,
my King and my God,
for to You I pray.
In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice;
in the morning I lay my requests before You
and wait expectantly.
For You are not a God who is pleased with wickedness;
with You, evil people are not welcome.
The arrogant cannot stand
in Your presence.
You hate all who do wrong;
You destroy those who tell lies.
The bloodthirsty and deceitful
You, Lord, detest.
But I, by Your great love,
can come into Your house;
in reverence I bow down
toward Your holy temple.
Lead me, Lord, in Your righteousness
because of my enemies—
make Your way straight before me.
Not a word from their mouth can be trusted;
their heart is filled with malice.
Their throat is an open grave;
with their tongues they tell lies.
Declare them guilty, O God!
Let their intrigues be their downfall.
Banish them for their many sins,
for they have rebelled against You.
But let all who take refuge in You be glad;
let them ever sing for joy.
Spread Your protection over them,
that those who love your name may rejoice in You.
Surely, Lord, You bless the righteous;
You surround them with Your favor as with a shield.
